Upon receipt of the goods please check that they are undamaged and the order is complete. If you sign for the goods as 'undamaged and complete' and then find the goods have been damaged in transit, you will be liable to pay for any replacement goods and carriage costs.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts where the item has been used. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
TNT, Barcode logistics and Royal Mail are our nominated couriers unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. All products (unless otherwise stated) are placed on a standard economy express service which is non-guaranteed next working day/ two working days guaranteed. Choice of courier depends on the item being sent. Delivery is between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
